Food: - 2 pieces of sprout wheat toast w/pb; plain unsweetened soy yogurt w/blueberries, granola, honey - blueberries, baby carrots, cinnamon almonds, black bean avocado quinoa salad - same as above later in the day + key lime soy yogurt - field roast sandwich, multi grain cheerios w/soy milk
Drinks: - 50-60 oz water - 1 cup tea - 1 cup chocolate soy milk
