First, I want to make it clear that I care more about how I look, how I feel, and how I fit into my clothes/what size I am than the number on the scale. However, I do weigh myself once a week and have weight goals I am working towards, but they are more of a way to keep me mindful and vigilant of what I am doing. If I reach 150 and feel super sexy, happy, and toned there then I might stop. If I get to 140 and would still like to see improvements, I’ll keep going. This is about more than a number, it’s about feeling happy with my body, confident, toned, and healthy!

Once I reach 140, I will see how I look and feel and decide if I want to lost any more weight. However, I would never want to be below 120-125 because I think that would be unhealthy for my body type!
