My Journey to Fit

22 year old vegetarian, college grad and former college athlete, working at a non-profit in the midwest. looking to finally get fit, healthy, and stay that way- the right way. doing my first half-marathon in june 2012! i love fitspo, healthspo, and fashion pictures. started this tumblr on Dec 21, 2011 and started seriously working toward and tracking progress as of Jan 1, 2012

i promote a healthy lifestyle including exercise, eating healthy and whole foods, positivity, and self-love. however I am here to support everyone on their journey to health from the seasoned fitblr to the person struggling to overcome an ed. i have been a competitive athlete since i was 10 and through college, so i feel pretty knowledgable about exercise and nutrition. i'm not claiming to be an expert, but feel free to message me (anon or not) if you have any questions and I will do my best to help or point you to a better resource if I feel I can't help you. thanks for checking out my page and have an amazing day :)
