Food:
- steel cut oats boiled in soy milk w/spoonful of pb, honey; homemade smoothie (soy milk, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries)
- blueberries, baby carrots
- salad (spinach, avocado, red pepper, black beans, raspberry vinaigrette), baby carrots, blueberries
- banana
- rice salad (brown rice, scallions, celery, parsley, pecans, raisins, walnuts, spices)

Drinks:
- 1 cup of green tea
- 1 cup of chocolate soy milk
- 70 oz water

Exercise:
- 2.5 miles on treadmill (walk .25, run 1.9, sprint .1, walk .25)
- lifting legs
  - all 3x8 of hamstring curls (50 lbs), quad extensions (50 lbs), leg press (190 lbs), calf raises (190 lbs), squats (65 lbs), lunges (holding 10 lbs in each hand), abductors (60 lbs), adductors (60 lbs) 

Goals:
I followed my exercise plan, had water, stayed dairy free. I did not make my bed, clean my room, read harry potter, be in bed before 11, or do dishes.

Personal:
Today went well for me.  I was productive with work stuff, had a great work out, and then had a little time to relax at home.  Still working on finding balance between work and the rest of my happiness/sanity.
