- 2 pieces sprout wheat bread w/pb, plain soy yogurt w/granola, blueberries, honey
- burrito (shell, rice, black beans, corn, tomatoes, guac)
- veggie burger, salad
Drinks:
- 1 cup tea
- 1 cup chocolate soy milk
- 72 oz water
- 1 beer
Exercise:
- 3 miles on treadmill (.25 walking, 2.4 running, .1 sprinting, .25 walking)
Goals:
Didn’t clean or make my bed. Got all the rest for a Thursday
Personal:
Today was busy, productive, but weird on eating. Don’t remember the last time I had 3 meals instead of smaller meals and snacks. I also didn’t eat much fruit today which I don’t like. And I’m getting sick. And we sucked at trivia. But I felt like a boss after my workout and was happy for like hours after, so that was a plus!
